Senior Software Development Manager, Amazon Freight

As our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) business continues to grow, booking and execution efficiency is a critical capability that enables us to deliver competitive service offering while optimizing network utilization, carrier performance, and long-term profitability.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, is comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments, and has experience translating complex transportation economics into scalable network execution strategies. Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
