Own microservices and eventdriven architectures, driving scalability, performance, and fault tolerance. Apply strong design patterns, system design, and code quality standards through reviews and mentoring. Lead data design and integration using SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB. Guide teams in Agile execution, technical estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery. Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, environment management, observability, and release readiness. Act as the primary technical decisionmaker, resolving complex engineering challenges and tradeoffs. Desired: Experience with enterprise or ERP applications and largescale system integrations.
