Senior Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and related Azure services
• Lead the development and optimization of enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence solutions
• Develop efficient, secure, and high-performance data pipelines for processing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Implement advanced T-SQL solutions, stored procedures, and database optimization strategies for performance and scalability
• Design and manage cloud-native data engineering solutions using Azure technologies including AKS, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BI teams, architects, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Support cloud migration, modernization initiatives, and enterprise-scale data platform transformations
• Participate in the design and implementation of dashboards, cubes, reporting systems, and self-service BI platforms
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation of data engineering processes
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, coding standards, data governance, and security best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on best practices in data engineering and cloud architecture
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous process and architecture improvements
