Senior Software Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices for search and trust engineering.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of backend projects: technical design, development, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on fault tolerance and system reliability.
• Make and drive architectural decisions, contributing to the long-term engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion operational excellence: performance tuning, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
