What This Role Requires

In the role of Senior Software Development Engineer - Web App, you will be a key contributor to

MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions.

Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET MVC applications,

ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

• Database Expertise: Develop and optimize complex stored procedures, functions, and

queries in MS SQL Server, ensuring efficient data management and performance

• Front-End Implementation: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript,

HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) while ensuring cross-browser

compatibility

• Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects, performance

bottlenecks, and scalability challenges in existing applications

• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation to

ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and trends to

recommend innovative solutions and process optimization

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• Strong proficiency in .NET MVC, C#, and the .NET Framework

• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, functions,

and queries

• Hands-on experience with frontend development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and frameworks

like React.js and Angular

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration

• Ability to debug and optimize applications for better performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines

• Experience with Node.js for building scalable backend services

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies

• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and OpenID
