Location: Hybrid (Bangalore/Hyderabad)

Required Skillset

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Rust, C++, or Python
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design, with experience designing for scale and reliability
• Hands-on experience with distributed system design, including fault tolerance, consistency trade-offs, and service communication
• Experience building or operating cloud infrastructure or platform systems (compute, storage, networking, IAM concepts)
• Experience building systems on public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
• Experience working on multi-tenant systems, focusing on isolation, performance, and resource efficiency
• Strong understanding of production systems — latency, scaling, and failure handling
• Proven ownership: ability to drive systems end-to-end from design to production

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
