- Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable test automation across UI, API, backend, web, and mobile layers for AWS web-based applications
- Build and maintain reliable automation frameworks, reusable components, and test utilities that improve coverage, speed, and stability across AWS-based applications
- Drive automation strategy for complex Corporate Technology web and mobile applications, integrations, and cloud-enabled services
- Partner with product owners, developers, architects, and DevOps teams to embed quality from design through production
- Act as a quality advocate within agile teams, influencing solution design, delivery decisions, and overall testability
- Own automation pipelines, test data strategy, and execution visibility across environments
- Proactively identify quality risks, coverage gaps, and failure patterns, and drive resolution across teams
- Ensure test evidence, results, and defect reporting are accurate, traceable, and decision-ready for releases
- Support web and mobile testing strategy and automation across supported browsers, devices, and platforms, using tools such as BrowserStack to strengthen coverage and reliability
- Demonstrate strong AI fluency to improve test design, accelerate automation work, and strengthen team efficiency
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4-7 years of experience designing and maintaining data driven UI, API, and backend test automation for enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with Playwright frameworks for automation workflows and process-driven testing support
- Experience with UiPath, Selenium, APIs using REST Assured, Postman and Cypress, knowledge on Spring Boot or similar modern microservices frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Kiro to accelerate test development, support automation conversion, and improve team efficiency
- Solid understanding of Page Object Model (POM) design and other maintainable automation framework patterns
- Experience using Git for version control, collaboration, branching, and code review practices
- Experience working with CI/CD integrated pipelines to automate test execution and improve release readiness
- Strong knowledge of test data management, defect tracking, and traceable test evidence practices
- Ability to troubleshoot automation failures across scripts, environments, integrations, and application changes
- Experience partnering with developers, product owners, architects, and DevOps teams in agile delivery environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and quality advocacy skills, with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution across teams
- Strong working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB

- Experience supporting Enterprise business critical applications, including AWS web-based and mobile platforms
- Airline industry experience or familiarity with highly regulated, operationally critical enterprise environments
- Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, CloudFormation, and Elastic Beanstalk
- Experience with service virtualization and mocking frameworks such as WireMock and Mockito
- Experience applying TDD and BDD methodologies, including use of Gherkin syntax
- Familiarity with test management and agile delivery tools such as qTest, Jira, Agility, or similar platforms
- Experience with mobile testing platforms and cross-device validation tools such as BrowserStack
- Experience working with containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
- Experience executing and supporting non-functional testing including performance, load, stress, security, accessibility, and usability
- Familiarity with AI-enabled testing tools such as Kiro and the practical use of AI to improve automation efficiency, test design, and delivery speed
