We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior SDE with expertise in UX and UI to design, build, and evolve modern web experiences for enterprise products. This role combines front-end engineering, UX design, and AI-powered development practices to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong Angular/React developer who can independently translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready user interfaces while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design, development, and product innovation.
This individual will play a key role in shaping user experiences, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to embed AI-powered capabilities into the product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using React and/or Angular frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and production-ready user interfaces.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences that improve product adoption and user productivity.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design standards, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Generative AI solutions to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into product workflows and user experiences.
- Build and integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain automated quality engineering practices, including unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and test case automation using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements through monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, UX trends, and modern web development practices to continuously improve product capabilities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from concept, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Amplify, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab Runners or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, accessibility, and reliability standards.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of IT experience with hands-on software development experience in front-end application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise web applications.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and user interface designs using Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Kiro, Cursor, or similar solutions to improve productivity and software delivery.
- Knowledge of source control and collaborative development using Git.
- Experience writing unit tests and functional test cases to ensure software quality.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from requirements through deployment.

- Understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles.
- Experience working on developer platforms, enterprise portals.
