Job Title: Senior Software Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: NCR / Delhi NCR region)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (to ensure overlap with US MST hours)

Reports To: Technical Lead / Head of Engineering

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, develop, and implement scalable

Salesforce solutions for higher education projects. The role involves end-to-end development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC), leading complex integrations with third-party systems, and leveraging Salesforce innovations like Agentforce and Einstein AI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure secure, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning

Components (Aura/LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.

Experience in custom objects and Education Data Architecture (EDA) / Education Cloud is preferred.

Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with third-party

systems and education applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into

technical specifications.

Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and

other Salesforce configurations.

Leverage Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein/AI to build AI-powered automations and intelligent

workflows.

Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

Exposure to Marketing Cloud (student recruitment or interaction journeys) is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

58 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, SOSL.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, or

middleware.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud is a plus.

Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce for AI-driven automation.

Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and DevOps practices.

AWS certification/exposure is an added advantage.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Education Cloud

Consultant, Agentforce Specialist) highly desirable.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
