Ideal profile: 4–7 years experience in full-stack .NET development (backend-heavy with Angular exposure)
Skills required:
Core Backend (.NET) Skills: (product-based IT companies):
- (4+ years) C# + .NET Framework / .NET Core – Strong coding skills, OOPs, architecture understanding
- (4+ years) ASP.NET Web Forms & ASP.NET MVC – Must show hands-on development of scalable web apps.
- Entity Framework & ADO.NET – Data access, LINQ queries, EF migrations.
- REST API / Web API Development – Designing, integrating, and securing APIs.
Frontend + UI Skills:
- Angular / AngularJS (2+ years – mandatory for client) – Components, services, routing, API integration.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Practical UI development.
Database Skills:
- MS SQL Server – Database design, stored procedures, joins, query optimization.
Additional Essential Skills:
- Debugging, Troubleshooting & Advanced Fault-Finding – Must show strong debugging ownership.
- Code Versioning (SVN preferred; Git acceptable)
- SDLC Documentation, Testing & Code Review Experience – Should reflect working in structured environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a software developer you shall be part of an exciting and rapidly expanding team whose responsibility is to put the clients vision into reality. Your primary role would be Software development in .Net framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TPM's, BA's and developers to understand business requirements and developing web application adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Completion of the assigned tasks within the agreed timescale with high reliability and minimal functional and technical defects.
- May be assigned to work within a development team or alone.
- Must be self-reliant in completion of advanced fault finding and debugging.
- Design and develop new applications, as well as enhancements to existing applications
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure application functionality and stability
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to developed applications.
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct code review and work as a mentor to the junior developers
- Provide task estimates to the TPM/Lead
- Work on Moderately complex tasks
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering fields preferred.
- Graduate in other field of studies with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
