Senior Software Developer (Python & AI)

Whitefield, Bangalore (Hybrid)

NOTE: Immediate Joiners only

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong experience in Python.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture.
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices.
• Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
