We are looking for highly skilled Senior Software Developers with a min 68 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team, working on projects that leverage modern backend and frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and robust database design.
This role requires the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle from architecture through deployment with a strong commitment to producing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Go (Golang), Python, and TypeScript.
- Model and optimize relational database schemas using PostgreSQL with a strong focus on performance tuning.
- Develop robust and maintainable data access layers using Ent (Go ORM).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, ensuring proper branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) to design and deploy cloud-native solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system performance analysis.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Min. 68 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python for backend development.
- Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar).
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Ent ORM or similar Go ORMs.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles (microservices, REST, GraphQL, event-driven systems).
- Experience working with GitHub repositories, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Proficient with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Understanding of security best practices for application and data security.
- Prior experience mentoring and leading small engineering teams.
