Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
High-Quality Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry best practices and design patterns (e.g., SOLID).
Technical Leadership: Drive technical decision-making, evaluate new technologies, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define project specifications and strategic roadmaps.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve critical system bottlenecks, performance issues, and complex bugs.

Technical Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Languages: Expert proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or Go).
Backend & Databases: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Methodologies: Mastery of Agile/Scrum environments and experience building CI/CD pipelines.
Testing: Strong focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic big picture perspective.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Active contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
Certifications in relevant cloud or security domains (e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
