Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Microservices Developer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should be from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 engineering college and currently working (or previously worked) in a product-based organization, bringing strong engineering fundamentals and system design exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Build RESTful APIs and ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications
- Work with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Tier-1 / Tier-2 engineering college background preferred
- Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory
