Role : Senior Software Developer

Experience : 4-7 Years
Location : Mumbai/Bangalore

Must have skills:

. Proven experience in Full Stack development with expertise in React.js and .NETCore.

. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET Core

. Strong knowledge of SCSS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, and Material UI.

. Proficiency in version control tools like Git, build automation tools such as Maven,and deployment tools like JFrog and UDeploy.

. Solid development experience in React, Redux, and JavaScript, with a deepunderstanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).

. Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud technologies (EC2, EKS, RDS for Sql)

. Proficiency in leading the architectural design and development of Full Stack applications, with a strong focus on React.js and .NET Core.

. Experience in API integration, Application deployment, Cloud architecture,Application Security

. Expertise in building enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs usingMicroservices, with a track record of production-scale experience.

. Ability to conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, securitypractices, and adherence to architectural guidelines.

. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide support to resolveproduction incidents.

. Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring best practices, codequality, and performance optimization.

. Capability to mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learningand improvement within the team.

Good to have skills:

. Relevant certifications (e.g Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWSCertified Developer Associate etc.) are a plus.

. Familiarity with Linux/UNIX environments and strong Shell scripting experience

. Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases

. Capability to identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, with the ability torecommend effective solutions

. Knowledge of identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring thescalability and efficiency of applications.

Role & Responsibilities:

. Help out in managing customer demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and tomaintain quality

. Engage in the negotiation of customer job demands and specifications as regards toresources and infrastructure and assist in creating comprehensive technicaldocuments

. Supervise activities between internal and external resources, and facilitate smoothworkflow for service delivery

. Evaluate project data for accuracy, and take the lead in setting project targets andpriorities. Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better onthe job

. Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery

. Review customer technical demands and instructions and assist the internal teamand customers to identify the best order for lifts and the most efficient methods ofmaintaining and using delivered materials

. Remain knowledgeable about current technology and carry out research to identifynew trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.

. Carry out other technical related duties that may be required. Ensuring the APIs are robust and easy to maintainand will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of theinfrastructure.
