Job Title: SDE-III Erlang
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer III with strong expertise in Erlang (primary preference), Elixir, or Gleam to help design, build, and optimize high-performance distributed systems for next-generation automation and real-time decision platforms. This role involves solving complex engineering challenges, driving core feature development, and contributing to system-level architecture for large-scale, fault-tolerant environments
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign and implement core modules in Erlang / Elixir / Gleam to develop scalable distributed systems
- .Lead end-to-end development of critical product features and resolve complex system challenges
- .Work closely with architects to define low-level designs and contribute to the technical roadmap
- .Refactor, optimize, and enhance existing services for improved reliability and performance
- .Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote high engineering standards
- .Use simulations, testing frameworks, and benchmarking to validate performance at scale
.Must-Have Requirement
- s57 years of professional software development experience with strong problem-solving skills
- .Hands-on experience with Erlang, Elixir, or Gleam, including deep understanding of processes, message passing, and supervision trees
- .Experience building and supporting distributed, high-availability systems
- .Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- .Strong knowledge of RDBMS/SQL and experience working with production databases
- .Familiarity with software design principles, OOP concepts, and system design patterns
- .Proficiency with version control systems such as Git

- eBackground in real-time systems, telecom-grade architectures, or robotic platforms
- .Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments
