Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Software Developer role, suitable for a professional eager to shape the technical foundation of an early-stage startup. As a Senior Software Developer at Nexlance, you will be responsible for back-end web development, designing and implementing software solutions, writing clean code, and utilizing object-oriented programming principles. You will also contribute to the improvement of development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a remote position with an equity-based remuneration structure and post-launch salary benefits.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Expertise in Programming, especially with key languages and technologies required for the role
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and system architecture design
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote, dynamic startup environments
- A passion for building robust and scalable software solutions
- Experience in startup settings or developing MVPs is a plus
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
