Elevate is recruiting a
Senior Software Developer for our CLM Tech team. As a Senior Software Developer you will design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The role focuses on Microsoft-based integrations, SharePoint development, and advanced reporting using Power BI. You will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient CLM implementations.
Specifically, The Senior Software Developer Will
- Lead ETE CLM technical discovery, solution design, and architecture.
- Design and develop integrations between CLM platforms and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DMS).
- Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, REST APIs).
- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions for document management and contract workflows.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports for contract analytics and operational insights.
- Handle data mapping, migration, and transformation for CLM implementations
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance of solutions.
- Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices guidance.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM).
- Microsoft Stack: .NET/C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus.
- SharePoint Development (SPFx, workflows, permissions, document libraries)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, reports).
- SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
Experience
- 48 years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years in CLM integration.
- Experience integrating CLM with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday.
- Customer-facing solution consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes (buy-side and sell-side).
- Experience working with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance teams.
- Knowledge of document management, approval workflows, and contract metadata.
