Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience in application development, software programming, and customized solution development. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, basic knowledge of PTC Creo or other CAD customization tools, and an understanding of technical presales activities.

The candidate will contribute to developing software applications, engineering automation solutions, customer-specific applications, and technical demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business and customer requirements.
• Develop customized applications, utilities, and automation solutions using C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable software solutions.
• Develop and integrate applications using REST APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Support CAD customization and engineering automation projects using PTC Creo or other CAD tools.
• Assist in developing automation scripts, customized workflows, and application integrations.
• Participate in customer requirement discussions and identify suitable technical solutions.
• Support technical presales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, and project effort estimations.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure software quality, performance, and reliability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and application development.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SDLC, debugging, and software testing.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and application integration.
• Basic knowledge of PTC Creo, other CAD tools, CAD customization, or engineering automation.
• Basic understanding of technical presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing technical discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PTC Creo TOOLKIT, J-Link, or other CAD APIs.
• Familiarity with Windchill, PLM systems, or engineering software applications.
• Experience developing technical demonstrations, POCs, or customer-specific solutions.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.

• Candidates should be comfortable supporting both software development and technical presales activities.
