Senior Software Developer (C / C++ / Rust / Go)

Location: Remote

Experience: 4–7 years

Contract: 4 months (40 hours/week)

Compensation: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 CTC

We are seeking experienced software developers with strong production experience and the ability to design and scale distributed systems. This role focuses on building real-world systems, not prototypes or coursework.

Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Go, Rust, C, or C++
• Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC)
• Hands-on deployment using AWS or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into product features
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Proven impact through measurable outcomes
• Ability to review code and build the same from scratch

Nice to have:

• Experience designing systems from scratch
• Experience working with remote or international teams
• Clear communication and independent execution
