Role: Senior Software Developer
Experience Level: 4 to 8 Years
Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

Role & Responsibilities:
. Build and maintain .NET-based applications using C# & Blazor
. Develop and optimize medical imaging viewers and DICOM-based applications
. Implement advanced visualization techniques for medical imaging data
. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual elements and improve user experience
. Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with API services
. Implement state management and maintain code organization in complex applications
. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
. Be involved in proposals, RFPs and provide effort estimates, solution design etc.

. Communicate with a wide set of teams, including Design, Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams.

Must have skills:

• 4+ years of strong proficiency in bothC#programming language and Blazor (Web Assembly and/or Server) development

• Experience with Blazor component libraries and custom component creation

• Expertise in responsive web design principles and implementation. Ability to implement adaptive layouts for different screen sizes

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)

• Experience with component-based architecture and state management

• Familiarity with browser rendering performance optimization

• Understanding of JavaScript interoperability in Blazor applications

• Experience with RESTful API integration and WebSocket communication

• Strong problem-solving skills for browser compatibility issues

• Experience with UI/UX implementation and responsive design patterns

• Knowledge of WebGL or canvas-based visualization techniques

• Proficiency with Git commands and workflows

• Experience with 3D rendering technologies (Three.js, vtk.js)

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with medical imaging applications or DICOM standards

• Familiarity with 3D geometry, matrix transformations, and spatial mathematics

• Background in creating adaptive UI for complex control panels

• Knowledge of progressive web application (PWA) development

• Understanding of browser limitations and workarounds for complex applications

• Experience with SignalR for real-time communication

• Experience with multi monitor support

• Knowledge of micro frontend architecture

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical software

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)

• Knowledge of state machines and advanced state management patterns

• End-to-end ownership of frontend projects

• Team management and mentoring experience
