Key Responsibilities
- User stories and acceptance criteria are an acceptable standard
- Assist Developers in Implementing unit testing and static analysis
- Onboarding new testers
- Exploratory testing performed in a meaningful, value-driven approach
- Coaching and advising the team on techniques, tools etc.
- Implementation of new testing tools
- Leading Automation initiative and creation of framework whilst ensuring the correct standards for scripts
- Test reporting in line with Group QA requirements e.g. product risk
- Testing within the sprints
