The Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across frontend, backend, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and enable GenAI-powered development practices while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

·      Own end-to-end system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

·      Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and implementation planning.

·      Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

·      Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

·      Design and implement GraphQL and REST APIs for enterprise applications.

·      Drive CI/CD adoption, containerization, and cloud-native development practices.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application performance issues.

·      Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

·      Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects.

·      Drive adoption of GenAI-powered development practices and AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Must - Have Qualifications:

·      8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in Technical Leadership/Architecture roles.

·      Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and/or Python development.

·      Strong frontend development experience using React.js.

·      Expertise in System Design, Solution Architecture, and Design Patterns.

·      Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and at least one of Neo4j or MongoDB.

·      Experience with GraphQL and REST API design and development.

·      Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, and GitHub Actions.

·      Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

·      Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

·      Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and LLM-based solutions.

·      Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimizing distributed applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Oil & Gas domain experience.

·      Exposure to distributed systems and microservices architecture.

·      Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions.
