Role Overview
We are looking for a strong AI solutions architect to support SDLC.AI platform to build out for one of our clients.
Phoenix Platform (Phoenix is an Agent Native cloud platform built to support delivery teams with AI powered capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle. The platform focuses on AI enabled use cases that improve efficiency and quality in client project deliverynot on creating or selling standalone AI agents).
Solution Architecture & Engineering
- Strong Solution Architect for cloud and on premise setups for Web Frontend and Backend application
- Should be a software architect with hands on engineering ability
- Should know how to deploy solutions in Kubernetes (k8s)
- Should know how to integrate systems together (APIs, events, data flows, services)
- Should be a polyglot programmer, a full stack builder
- Should have Node.js and Python coding skills
AI & Agentic Systems
- Should know AI agents and their orchestration patterns
- Should have experience creating Agentic Systems / AI Agents using LangChain, CrewAI, or plain Python
- Should know how to orchestrate, deploy, monitor, and scale AI agents in production
- DevOps, Delivery & Operations
- Strong DevOps experience to bring solutions to production (CI/CD, infra-automation, cloud platforms)
- Should have solid observability skills (logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerting)
- Should know performance tuning and optimization across backend, frontend, and infra
- Should know how to debug issues quickly, across distributed systems and services
