Role:
We are looking for Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of our ITSM based profuct
lineup, similar to industry-leading solutions like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy etc.. This role demands a
strong blend of platform architecture expertise, enterprise integration experience, and strategic
thinking to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that transform customer service
operations.
You will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to
define architectural blueprints, ensure technical excellence, and drive innovation across our platform
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
Define the end-to-end architecture for the product platform, including core components
Create high-level and detailed design documents, ensuring scalability, security, and
extensibility.
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the product platform, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and technology roadmap.
Develop reference architectures, design patterns, and integration frameworks for enterprise-
scale deployments.
Lead architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering teams on platform
design principles.
Product Development
Architect multi-tenant, cloud-native architecture optimized for SaaS delivery.
Design workflow automation engine, integration framework, and low-code/no-code
capabilities.
Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Platform Expertise
Architect solutions for building product platform having deep understanding of case
management, knowledge management, workflow automation, and customer engagement
modules.
Design multi-tenant, cloud-native architectures that support high availability, scalability, and
security.
Drive customization strategies, low-code/no-code extensions, and API-first integrations.
Integration & Ecosystem
Define integration patterns for connecting product with other ( internal/ external) tools and
systems using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
Ensure seamless interoperability with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise
middleware.
Governance & Compliance
Establish technical governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry
certifications.

Required Skill
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
15 + years in software development and architecture roles.
5+ years of experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow Jira ITSM, Remedy or equivalent).
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of platform architecture, microservices, API design, event-driven systems,
and integration patterns.
Proficiency in MERN stack and full-stack development for building extensible platform
components.
Hands-on experience with application security principles, including secure coding practices,
identity and access management, data encryption, and compliance with security standards
(e.g., OWASP, SOC2).
Expertise in designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures with robust data isolation, scalability,
and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),
and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to influence architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
