About The Job
As a
Senior Software Developer – xPression, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multi-channel customer communications across print, web (HTML), email, SMS, archive, and other formats.
You will play a critical role in building end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, working closely with customers to understand requirements, define input file structures, and deliver scalable and high-quality communication outputs.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in xPression, end-to-end document lifecycle management, and hands-on experience in developing output streams such as PDF and print formats using modern technologies and best engineering practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end CCM applications using xPression
- Integrate output queues for print and digital communication channels
- Understand customer requirements and define input file structures
- Work with output formats such as AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, and Empower
- Design business and technical documentation
- Create developer and reviewer checklists
- Develop unit test cases for SIT and UAT
- Perform QA and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify performance tuning and cost optimization opportunities
- Follow best practices during development and testing phases
- Review daily deliverables and ensure adherence to standards
- Participate in customer calls and project status discussions
Requirements
- Experience in xPression and end-to-end document lifecycle management
- Strong experience in customer communication and requirement gathering
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Shell, COBOL, .NET)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Insurance domain knowledge
