We are seeking a Senior Soft Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software training, demonstrating the ability to effectively educate users on software applications and enhance their skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for software users.
• Assess training needs and develop training materials accordingly.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching as needed.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to trainees to ensure successful software utilization.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software training or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software applications and user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
