We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist & Manager who has built social media strategies , led multi-platform management and run influencer campaigns that drove real results.
If you've spent years at an agency sharpening your strategic instincts, know how to build platform strategies that connect to business outcomes, and are just as comfortable directing a shoot as you are presenting social strategy , this role was built for you.
What You'll OwnSocial Media Strategy & Platform Leadership
Define and drive Decorpot's social media strategy across all platforms , not just what we post, but why, when, and how it ladders up to broader business goals. You understand platform ecosystems deeply enough to build strategies around them, not just post on them.
Social media Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Lead content strategy and creative ideation , taking concepts from brief to published. You'll set the creative bar, ensure everything looks and sounds unmistakably Decorpot, and maintain brand integrity across every format and platform.
Shoot Production & Creative Execution
Plan and oversee shoot production end-to-end. You've been on set, you know how to direct, adapt, and deliver , and you never lose the brand vision in the process.
Influencer Campaign Management
Build and manage a results-driven influencer program , identifying the right creators, structuring partnerships, negotiating terms, and executing influencer campaigns that feel native to the platform and authentic to the brand. You've done this from first outreach to final deliverable.
Campaign Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead campaign planning across key brand moments, launches, and seasonal pushes. Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
Social Media Analytics & Performance
Own performance reporting end-to-end. Define what success looks like, track it with rigour, and use social media analytics to extract insights that shape strategy , not just validate what already happened.
