About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist & Manager who has built social media strategies , led multi-platform management and run influencer campaigns that drove real results.

If you've spent years at an agency sharpening your strategic instincts, know how to build platform strategies that connect to business outcomes, and are just as comfortable directing a shoot as you are presenting social strategy , this role was built for you.

What You'll Own

Social Media Strategy & Platform Leadership

 Define and drive Decorpot's social media strategy across all platforms , not just what we post, but why, when, and how it ladders up to broader business goals. You understand platform ecosystems deeply enough to build strategies around them, not just post on them.

Social media Content Strategy & Creative Direction 

Lead content strategy and creative ideation , taking concepts from brief to published. You'll set the creative bar, ensure everything looks and sounds unmistakably Decorpot, and maintain brand integrity across every format and platform.

Shoot Production & Creative Execution 

Plan and oversee shoot production end-to-end. You've been on set, you know how to direct, adapt, and deliver , and you never lose the brand vision in the process.

Influencer Campaign Management 

Build and manage a results-driven influencer program , identifying the right creators, structuring partnerships, negotiating terms, and executing influencer campaigns that feel native to the platform and authentic to the brand. You've done this from first outreach to final deliverable.

Campaign Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Lead campaign planning across key brand moments, launches, and seasonal pushes. Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and leadership.

Social Media Analytics & Performance 

Own performance reporting end-to-end. Define what success looks like, track it with rigour, and use social media analytics to extract insights that shape strategy , not just validate what already happened.

Who You Are

You're a strategist first, a creative second, and a producer always. You've built things, not just managed them. You bring agency experience that sharpened your strategic thinking, platform instincts developed from years of hands-on work, and a track record of campaigns that actually moved the needle.

Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of social media experience, with a strong agency background and 2–4 years of active, hands-on platform management 
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-platform social strategies tied to real business outcomes , not just a maintained posting schedule
  • End-to-end influencer campaign management experience 
  • Hands-on shoot production experience , comfortable on set, able to direct creative, and skilled at bringing a brief to life visually
  • Strong social campaign planning experience across brand, product, and seasonal moments
  • Cross-functional collaborator , you've briefed designers, aligned with marketing leads, and worked with senior stakeholders without losing creative momentum.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms with the ability to build platform strategies proactively, not reactively
  • Fluent in social media analytics , you read between the numbers, diagnose why something worked or didn't, and use that to drive what's next.
