About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage a portfolio of client accounts and work as a key execution partner alongside the Creative Director. This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of client management and creative execution — someone who keeps projects moving, briefs sharp, and clients confident. You will be the central point of coordination between clients and the creative team, ensuring every deliverable — from social media content and designs to full-scale shoots — is delivered on time and to brief.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand each client's business objectives, brand voice, and campaign goals to provide proactive, solutions-oriented servicing.
- Manage day-to-day client communication — status updates, feedback cycles, approvals, and expectation setting.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
Brief & Deadline Management:
- Own the internal briefing process — translate client requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs for the team.
- Maintain a real-time tracker of all ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables across your accounts.
- Flag risks or bottlenecks early and coordinate resolutions before they impact timelines.
- Ensure all briefs are signed off internally before going to the client for approval.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director on high-priority projects, including social media content, design campaigns, and production shoots.
- Participate in creative reviews to ensure output aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Act as the client's voice in internal creative discussions while maintaining creative integrity.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and production teams as needed for shoot execution.
Project Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects — from briefing to delivery — ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Manage feedback loops efficiently, consolidating client inputs and communicating them clearly to the creative team.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and share performance insights with clients to demonstrate value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and design and production workflows.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi is essential.
