Job Description

  • The company is seeking a senior resource who would head the social media and Digital Marketing Division.
  • The incumbent would be responsible for leading and guiding the team in making social media and digital media campaigns.
  • The role would include Campaign strategizing, developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinating with clients for the campaigns, planning, creative approvals and feedback.

Candidate Profile:

  • The agency has large clients where the interaction is with very senior professionals. It is essential that the candidate have a good personality, knowledge, and strong communication skills.
  • Should have leadership skills, be proactive and take total ownership of work
  • Experience, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Flickr, and YouTube.
  • Should have working knowledge of relevant AI tools/technologies and would be responsible for building up an AI ecosystem in the agency.
  • Understanding of social media analytics tools and paid/promoted campaigns
  • Should have handled influencer-led campaigns and UGC
  • Know how to propagate content across relevant groups to reach bigger & relevant audience
  • Ideally should have handled social media accounts with at least 100,000 followers and business of at least 50 lakhs

Required Criteria

  • PG/Graduation in Computer / IT / Marketing / Communication or an appropriate course is required exceptions will be made for exceptional candidates
  • Experience in an Advertising or a Social media agency at a senior role is essential
