Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven Social Media & Content Growth Manager who can go beyond content execution and build a scalable, AI-powered social media engine.

This role is focused on growth, discoverability, and business impact - combining creativity, analytics, platform expertise, and AI tools to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Own brand presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Drive campaigns focused on engagement, demand generation, and pipeline contribution

2. Growth, Virality & Distribution

  • Drive organic growth through platform algorithms, content hooks, and trend analysis
  • Identify and leverage emerging formats, audience behavior, and content opportunities
  • Build scalable frameworks for content amplification and reach

3. Search & Discoverability

  • Integrate SEO, SEM, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) into social strategy
  • Optimize content for visibility across search engines, social platforms, and AI-driven discovery
  • Manage keywords, hashtags, metadata, and distribution layers

4. Content Systems & Collaboration

  • Build scalable content systems
  • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-performing creatives
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across platforms
  • Repurpose content across formats (carousel, video, blogs, threads, etc.)

5. AI & Automation Integration (Core Requirement)

  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, optimization, and scaling output
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar for content workflows
  • Apply strong prompting skills to generate high-quality, contextual content
  • Build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and performance

6. Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze KPIs: engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and growth
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights

7. Paid & Integrated Marketing

  • Collaborate on paid campaigns (SEM/PPC/social ads) to amplify reach
  • Align organic and paid strategies for maximum ROI and efficiency

8. Platform & Trend Leadership

  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, AI trends, and emerging technologies
  • Experiment with new formats (short-form video, AI-led content, interactive formats)

9. Thought Leadership & Branding

  • Build LinkedIn-first strategies for brand and executive positioning
  • Create insight-driven, high-impact content aligned with business narrative
  • Support personal branding initiatives for leadership visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-7 years of experience in social media, content, or growth marketing
  • Bachelor$B!G(Js degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Strong academic background preferred

Core Expertise

  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies
  • Proven experience creating high-performing or viral content

AI & Tools Expertise (Mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or similar
  • Strong prompting skills and understanding of AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience using AI for content creation, optimization, and scaling

Analytics & Tools

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
  • Experience with social media management platforms

Communication

  • Exceptional command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content structuring ability
  • Ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content for global audiences

Content & Format Expertise

  • Experience with short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video)
  • Strong understanding of multi-format content strategies

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, staffing, or global markets
  • Experience managing multi-region campaigns (US, LATAM, etc.)
  • Exposure to executive branding and thought leadership content
