Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage data pipelines, improve reporting systems, and support large-scale data operations.

You will work with analysts, BI teams, and engineers to create reliable and high-performing data systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines in Snowflake
• Create and manage data transformations
• Optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Build ELT workflows using Snowflake tools
• Support data ingestion from multiple systems
• Ensure data quality and accuracy
• Work with analysts, BI developers, and engineering teams
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews and best practice discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong SQL and query optimization skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience working with large structured datasets
• Experience with Git or version control tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DBT, Informatica, or FiveTran
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to BI tools and reporting systems
