Senior SME - Wintel & Virtualization (WV1)

Role Responsibilities

1. Monitor and troubleshoot Windows, VMWare, and HyperV environments.
2. Perform issue resolution and apply known fixes using KEDB.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 and support troubleshooting efforts.
4. Maintain ticket logs, ensure SLA adherence, and complete shift handovers.

Job Requirements

1. Any graduate with OS 201 certification preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of clustering, patching, and antivirus tools.
3. Experience in scripting for task automation.
4. Ability to coordinate with vendors and maintain process compliance.
