Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Dealer Network & Customer Experience (CX) Applications to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise applications, business requirements management, APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL-based data analysis. This role requires end-to-end ownership of business demand, stakeholder management, solution evaluation, and cross-functional delivery.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve application performance, automate processes, and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME and point of contact for Dealer Network and Customer Experience applications.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Own requirements from demand intake through prioritization, solution design, and delivery.
• Prioritize business demands based on business value, customer impact, urgency, and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical guidance on application architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, data, QA, and product teams to drive successful delivery.
• Use SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Identify application gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for modernization and automation.
• Explore and leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to improve requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and delivery efficiency.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience as an Application SME, Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, system integrations, databases, data models, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in business stakeholder management, demand management, and requirements prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, user-story creation, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional technical teams.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with Dealer Network, Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or related enterprise business applications.
• Ability to independently manage business demands and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical and data expertise.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and emerging technologies.
