RWS Is looking for 3-4 Months Contract Sitecore Developer for client Location

About the Role

As a Sitecore Developer at RWS, you will play a crucial role in building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise web applications and digital platform solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, UI/UX designers, and global stakeholders to engineer scalable, high-performing websites and digital assets. This is an ideal role for an innovative developer with strong hands-on Sitecore experience who thrives in modern CMS environments and is eager to work on high-impact global projects.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain digital platforms and web applications using Sitecore Experience Platform and component-based architectures.
Develop responsive, reusable components, layouts, templates, and automated workflows using modern front-end frameworks and C#/.NET.
Integrate Sitecore solutions with enterprise platforms, third-party services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business leaders to translate functional requirements into high-performing technical implementations.
Conduct unit testing, performance optimization, and code reviews to ensure scalability, web accessibility, and application security.
Troubleshoot technical issues across platform layers and support go-live, deployment, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

Required Skills

Sitecore & XM Cloud Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore platform development (ASP.NET MVC, C#, Sitecore JSS) with proven experience or working knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC), Pages editor, and Experience Edge.
Front-End & API Proficiency: Strong skills in React, Next.js, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
Architecture & Database: Strong understanding of component-based architecture, object-oriented design, and database optimizations.
Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to Azure, Vercel, CI/CD pipelines, and source control toolsets (Git).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively with distributed global teams.

Preferred Skills

Advantageous / Preferred Qualifications
Certification: Official Sitecore Developer Certification (Sitecore 10 or Sitecore XM Cloud or Sitecore AI CMS).
AI Knowledge & Integration: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of integrating AI capabilities (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, Sitecore Content Hub AI tools, localized translation/LLM workflows, or AI-driven personalization engines) within digital platforms.
Headless Infrastructure: Hands-on knowledge of Headless SXA, Sitecore Content Hub, or composable DXP architectures.
