Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
Join us as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will design, implement, and optimize large-scale, automated deployment and monitoring systems, enabling seamless global operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help build secure, high-performance infrastructure that supports mission-critical enterprise solutions.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and maintain automated deployment systems to ensure consistent, reliable releases.
- Design and implement scalable systems that keep our backend infrastructure running smoothly.
- Establish and enforce best practices for security, performance, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with IT, QA, and product teams to deploy and troubleshoot system applications.
- Create deployment support documentation for internal teams and customers.
- Lead large-scale automation deployments and infrastructure enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve deployment issues in a timely manner, serving as the primary escalation point.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements for system reliability and cost optimization (FinOps).
- Contribute to the development of deployment specifications and configurations aligned with enterprise needs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance system scalability and efficiency.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- 5-8 Years of Proven experience in administration and support of public cloud solutions (AWS & Azure).
- Hands-on expertise with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
- Good understanding of FinOps principles for cloud cost optimization.
- Experience with messaging and queue solutions (Kafka, Pulsar).
- Knowledge of version control systems (GitLab, GitHub, SVN, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance analysis tools (Prometheus, Nagios, Cacti, Ganglia, etc.).
- Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS).
- Working knowledge of Java deployments, Apache Tomcat, and HTTP Server.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL).
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, or Groovy.
