We are seeking a
Senior Site Manager to lead
onsite execution for a
largescale, missioncritical data center project, MV/EHV Substation projects, E-hosues etc
This role is designed for a
seasoned site leadership professional with extensive experience in
construction management within EPC environments, capable of driving disciplined execution across multiple contractors, trades, and interfaceswhile meeting the
stringent schedule, safety, and quality demands.
This is a
sitecentric leadership role, with full accountability for
construction delivery on ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily site construction activities across disciplines
- Ensure execution as per drawings, plans, and schedules
- Monitor progress, productivity, and manpower
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Enforce strict EHS and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical)
- 15+ years of experience in sitebased construction management
- Proven delivery experience in Data Centers or Mission-Critical Facilities will be an added advantage
- Proven capability in managing large workforces and multiple subcontractors
- Strong experience working on the EPC contractor side
