We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage site operations and coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and progress updates to management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in construction.
