Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in building construction to oversee on-site activities, ensure quality execution, and manage day-to-day operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination, and a focus on delivering projects within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution

• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards

• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues

• Maintain site reports, work progress records, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols

• Assist in material planning and cost control

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of building construction processes and site execution

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (structural & architectural)

• Good understanding of materials like cement, steel, RCC, etc.

• Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and billing

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Good communication and team coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)

Education:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
