Role Purpose

The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works to ensure timely project delivery within budget, quality standards, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship

• Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower deployment

• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety norms, statutory requirements, and company standards
  

• Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, procurement, and planning teams

• Review drawings, method statements, and construction sequences

• Control project costs, avoid wastage, and optimize resources

• Identify risks, resolve site issues, and take timely decisions

• Maintain site documentation, reports, and records

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
