At Avabiz Ventures, we are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of the execution of our government and infrastructure projects.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being on site, understands construction practically, and can take a project from planning → execution → completion.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.

What will you do

* Take complete responsibility for day-to-day execution of assigned projects.

* Plan site activities and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.

* Coordinate with government officials, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.

* Manage execution of RCC, PEB, LGSF and prefabricated construction works.

* Read and understand structural, architectural and service drawings.

* Check measurements, quantities, BOQs and work completed at site.

* Plan manpower, materials and equipment requirements.

* Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.

* Monitor quality and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

* Identify site problems early and find practical solutions.

* Prepare Daily Progress Reports, weekly reports, measurement sheets, material reconciliation and other project documentation.

* Track project progress and take corrective action when activities fall behind schedule.

* Coordinate inspections, measurements, billing and project handover.

* Maintain proper site records and ensure safety and housekeeping standards are followed.

What are we looking for

We want someone who has actually executed projects, not just someone who has managed paperwork.

You should have:

* 5–10 years of hands-on site execution experience.

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* Experience in government, infrastructure or similar projects.

* Good practical knowledge of RCC, PEB and LGSF.

* Experience managing vendors, subcontractors and site teams.

* Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, measurements and quality control.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to travel and work at project locations when required.
