Senior Site Engineer

• Solar Plant Capacity: 20MW (Ground Mounted or Utility-scale)
• Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Plant Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor daily power generation, Performance Ratio(PR), Capacity Utilization Factor(CUF), and Inverter/SCADA alarms.
• Track plant SCADA data and implement immediate corrective actions for underperformance.
• Oversee high-voltage (HT) and low-voltage (LT) electrical equipment, transformers, VCBs, ACBs, and Inverters.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Execute Preventive Maintenance(PM) and Corrective Maintenance(CM) schedule for modules, string combiners, inverters & transformers.
• Handle breakdown maintenance and fast fault rectification (string failures, inverter trips, DC/AC cable issues).
• Coordinate and manage specialized tests including Thermography, I-V Curve testing, and string testing.
• Supervise module cleaning teams and vegetation control activites.
