Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee on-site architectural works, ensure design compliance, and coordinate with project teams for timely and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical

• Ensure execution aligns with approved architectural drawings, intent, and quality standards

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Coordinate with consultants to resolve design discrepancies and site challenges

• Conduct site surveys, prepare as-built drawings, and support design revisions

Site Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor construction progress and report deviations, risks, and delays

• Conduct regular site inspections for workmanship, material compliance, and finishing standards

• Oversee mock-ups, sample approvals, and quality audits

Project & Documentation

• Maintain daily site reports, material checklists, and progress documentation

• Assist in project scheduling, planning, and milestone tracking

• Support procurement process through BOQ review and material specifications

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute

• Minimum 5 years experience in site-based architectural execution

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, civil + MEP integration

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit (preferred), MS Office

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
