Experience: 10+ Years

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
• Expertise in CSW, EAI, EIM, Siebel Workflows and eScript.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools/Web Tools and Business Services.
• Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, XML, JSON and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Knowledge of IFB configuration, data migration and production support.

Good to Have: Siebel IP20.x+, Telecom CRM, Order Management and Open UI experience.
