Job Description

As a Showroom Sales Specialist at Stax Living, you are the face of our retail experience and the primary storyteller of our brand. You do not just sell luxury furniture; you help design-conscious clients, homeowners, and walk-in buyers curate elevated spaces. This role demands a smooth blend of impeccable personal presentation, an eye for high-end materials like patina metals, marble, and premium veneers, and a highly proactive approach to closing retail deals.

Key Responsibilities

Elite Client Experience: Greet and guide retail walk-ins through the showroom, delivering an engaging, educational hospitality experience that mirrors our brand's luxury positioning.

Design Consultations and Sales Closure: Understand client layouts and floor plans to recommend the right pieces. Confidently present material finishes, customizing options, and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final payment.

Showroom and Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom floor is maintained to flawless visual standards daily. Collaborate on spatial layouts, lighting adjustments, and visual setups to ensure pieces are displayed to maximize their dramatic impact.

Lead Nurturing and CRM: Actively follow up on showroom leads, maintain meticulous client records in our CRM, and build long-term relationships that result in repeat purchases and personal referrals.

Order Coordination: Collaborate closely with the backend production and logistics teams to track order timelines, ensure customisation requests are technically accurate, and facilitate smooth deliveries.

 Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5 years of retail sales experience preferably with an interior design or architect background within premium or luxury furniture, high-end home decor, boutique real estate, or high-fashion retail.

Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep appreciation for interior design, architecture, and premium materials. The ability to speak intelligently about wood grains, metal patinas, and textiles.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for storytelling and building rapport quickly.

Execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented regarding custom dimensions and finishes, and comfortable working with sales targets.
