Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Frontend Developer role based in Surat. The Senior Frontend Developer will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end implementations for Shopify and other web platforms. Responsibilities include building responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and maintaining clean, reusable code. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect, user-focused experiences. The Senior Frontend Developer will also mentor junior team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute to front-end architecture decisions and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, with a focus on building performant, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.
- Solid foundation in Web Development and Software Development principles, including modular code organization, version control, and debugging.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with back-end teams.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue) and front-end tooling (bundlers, package managers, linters).
- Hands-on experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate in a cross-functional team, and mentor less-experienced developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
