About the role

This role is for someone who can build a high performing, conversion focused Shopify storefront from the ground up. You will take our existing theme and foundation and complete the full setup, including custom theme development, app integrations, technical SEO, tracking, CRO essentials, and a waitlist landing page. Your work will ensure the store is launch ready, stable, fast, and able to handle traffic as we grow.

Who You Are Today

You are a seasoned Shopify specialist who understands the full DTC ecommerce ecosystem. You think in terms of performance, customer journey, and clean technical execution. You care about speed, clarity, and simplicity, and you know how to turn a theme into a polished experience.

Your Experience and Expertise

• Experience building and launching custom DTC Shopify stores, ideally in apparel or fashion.
• Strong theme development skills in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to build fast, high converting landing pages and waitlist funnels.
• Solid understanding of UX, UI, CRO, and mobile first ecommerce design.
• Hands on experience with key apps like Klaviyo, Rewind, AfterShip, and similar tools.
• Good technical SEO knowledge, including structured data and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
• Strong understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, and tracking setup through GTM.
• Ability to deliver a clean, speed optimised, fully tested Shopify store with seamless integrations.
