Are you a strong technical leader skilled in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and enterprise workflow design We are looking for an Expert SharePoint Developer / Lead to join our team in Bengaluru!

Role: Expert SharePoint Developer / Lead

Location: Bengaluru (4:1 Hybrid Work Mode)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Consultant)

Notice Period:IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (0–15 Days max)

Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Build: Design and develop enterprise-grade SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Security & Governance: Implement complex Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and tailored security models.
• Automation: Build and optimize long-running business process workflows using Power Automate.
• App Development: Create custom forms and high-performing Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
• Data & Batch Processing: Design large-scale batch processing and data management architectures.
• Integrations: Connect SharePoint seamlessly with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Services, and third-party tools.
• Leadership: Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Core Stack: SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate.
• Architecture: Complex RBAC, Custom Forms, Long-Running Workflows, Batch Processing.
• Cloud & APIs: Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and strong verbal/written communication skills.
