Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration, SPFx development, and Power Automate workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration activities.
- Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features.
- Build and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions.
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint OnPrem/Online.
- Document technical specifications and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and migration strategies. Must have experience on migration ShareGate/AvePoint tools.
- Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
- Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customization.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.
Good to have Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.
- Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams integration.
- Knowledge of Azure services related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
