Hiring: Lead SharePoint Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead SharePoint Engineer to support a large-scale SharePoint upgrade and modernization project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SharePoint 2013 to 2019/SPSE upgrade using DB Attach methodology
- Upgrade and refactor custom .NET web parts
- Troubleshoot post-upgrade runtime and compatibility issues
- Work with SharePoint Farm Solutions (WSP)
- Handle SharePoint content database migration and validation
- Support external SQL Server integrations
- Perform regression testing and production stabilization
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE)
- Hands-on experience in DB Attach upgrades
- Strong C# and .NET development experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Web Parts and WSP solutions
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and PowerShell
- Experience troubleshooting migration and post-upgrade issues
- Experience with legacy SharePoint modernization
Preferred:
- Experience in workflow remediation
- Experience handling enterprise SharePoint environments
